Larry Wink, P.E., with over 45 years of experience in numerous technical and management roles, brings a wealth of expertise to Fides Consulting. Formerly serving as past President & CEO, and Co-Owner of a privately held engineering firm, he had oversight of technical and administrative departments, including project management, all disciplines of engineering, surveying, and industrial architecture services across industrial, institutional, and government sectors. Mr. Wink also cultivated new business relationships, prepared proposals, and negotiated Master Services Agreements with clients.   As a direct employee, during his more recent experiences, he has been part of owner companies’ and professional services firms’ organizations.  Market sectors include Oil Refining, Bulk Liquid Terminals (including Agricultural/FDA regulated products), Pipeline/Midstream & Logistics Facilities, Renewable Fuels, Petrochemicals, and Bulk Processing Industries, in addition to Federal, Institutional and Military Fuel Facilities.  Mr. Wink’s technical applied experience includes conceptual project development and oversight of definitive design and project management.  During years as CEO of Wink Engineering, the firms’ projects sizes ranged from $10,000 study fees to $500 million in Total Installed Cost.
