We are extremely proud to be working with this new leading-edge, world-class facility. As our world faces an existential threat from global climate change, this facility is designed to produce 60,000 barrels per day of renewable fuels. Renewable fuels produced from Project Grön will contain no fossil-based carbon, thus eliminating 10.3 million tons of new CO2 each year. Over the anticipated 50-yr life of the plant, it will result in a savings of half a trillion tons of CO2. That is a meaningful step forward toward reducing the U.S. overall carbon footprint.

Fides/CSRS has been instrumental in the successful initiation and progression of the ongoing Orbia expansion projects in St. Gabriel, Louisiana. The firm delivered a comprehensive suite of services encompassing conceptual layouts, site selection, permitting, and scoping requirement documentation.

Fides/CSRS is currently providing ongoing support as the project is seeking final investment decisions from interested investors. After FID, it is anticipated that Fides/CSRS will expand Owner’s Engineer Support services and include Project Execution Services throughout the engineering phase.
